Releasing thoughts and beliefs that do not align with my values and desires for my life.

Week 3: Relationships
Evaluating the health of my relationships, implementing boundaries, and my capacity to give and receive love, compassion, and empathy (from self and others).

Week 4: Authentic Living, Moving, Being
Embodying Mindful Self-Compassion, Intentionality, and allowing yourself to take up space.
